Artists can get their inspiration from anywhere — including, of course, from other great works. So it is with Woody Allen’s dazzling tightrope-walk of a drama, “Blue Jasmine,” which riffs on Tennessee Williams’ “A Streetcar Named Desire” while finding grace notes of its own.
